This study programme allows students to acquire knowledge and skills that would help them to strategically and operatively resolve practical issues related to public administration and its budgeting, implementation of appropriate regulations, and human resource and business operations management.

This study programme is designed with the aim to educate future experts who should possess leadership qualities and entrepreneurial skills that are of vital importance for upgrading the productivity and optimizing operations of their respective business organizations.

I semestar

The aim of this course is to enable the students to become conversant with the concept of management, putting special emphasis on public institutions management and enable them to understand all determinations related to the management process (planning, organizing, leading and controlling). They should learn more about the management process through examining case studies of successful public institutions in the country and abroad, become aware of the importance of management in public enterprises and take active part in upgrading business processes within their business environments.

The aim of this course is to enable students to gain theoretical-analytical and applied knowledge in the field of internal audit, as a new phenomenon that is constantly developing.

The aim of this course is to make students conversant with the basic concepts of information systems in public administration. They should be able to understand the basics of computer networking and databases with an overview of the role of computer networks and databases in contemporary information systems. They should become conversant with the structure and work of information systems, their security and future tendencies. Through practical examples, the students gain an insight into the existing solutions used in practice.

The aim of this course is to enable students to develop crucial competencies and skills for successful business activities in entrepreneurship.

II semestar

The aim of this course is to enable students to gain theoretical-analytical knowledge and skills in the field of statistical methods that could be implemented in practice.

The aim of this course is to enable the students to become conversant with the main concepts and concrete solutions in the field of business decision making. They should be able to understand the use of business intelligence in daily business life using the appropriate techniques based on the trees of decision-making, probability reasoning, clustering and neural networks.

The aim of this course is to enable students to gain theoretical-analytical and applied knowledge and skills in the field of investment planning, management and realization, and they should master the issues related to contemporary investment process management, thus developing analytical and practical thinking and the ability to gain practical skills.

This course offers detailed analysis of goals and strategies of health policy, health care financing, health protect ion management and health systems management, The purpose of this course is to enable students to gain theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for working in the field of health organizations management and health policy management, management of monetary and non-monetary flows in various health systems, as well as application of acquired knowledge and skills in services and manufacturing activities management within the health system

The aim of this course is to enable students to gain knowledge about all relevant institutions, categories and regulations of the tax system in the Republic of Serbia; to get conversant with all stages of tax procedure; master tax terminology; enable students to interpret tax provisions and file tax returns; to develop skills relevant for critical analysis of positive tax legislation of Serbia and to gain wider knowledge and skills as a basis for tax consulting

The aim of this course is to make students conversant with the main public financial institutions and their importance for the functioning of a modern country through application of fiscal policy. The special emphasis is placed on examining certain types of fiscal and taxation practices on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

III semestar

The aim of this course is to enable students to become conversant with the main methodological postulates, specifics of social sciences epistemology, main logical research methods, methods and techniques for collection, analysis and explication of scientific material, as well as scientific research structure, that is, phases in the scientific research process.

The course aims to equip students with necessary knowledge and skills that could enable them to successfully run organizations and make them more efficient.

The main aim of this course is to make students conversant with budgeting and financial management in the public sector. Special emphasis is placed on examining individual elements of budgeting cycle and budgeting practice on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

The aim of the course is to enable students to gain relevant knowledge and skills on how to choose target markets and create maintain and increase the number of clients by creating, delivering and communicating the superior value for clients.

The aim of the course is to make the students conversant with the science and practice of organizational behavior that contributes to successful business operations.

The aim of this course is to enable students to become conversant with the main characteristics of philosophy of morality and adjusting of ethical values to business behavior in order to enable students to develop critical thinking and analyze business through their own activities and activities of others.

IV semestar

The aim of this course is to make students conversant with the importance of human resources in contemporary business environment, as creative and innovative part of every organization. The students should learn more about the concept and evolution of human resource management, human resource process and methods which organizations use to attract, maintain, motivate and reward their employees so that they would contribute to achieving the strategic goals of an organization.

The students should be able to analyze legal and ethical framework of activities performed by health workers, rights of patients, determining responsibility for medical error and legal dilemma concerning birth and death.

The aim of this course is to make students conversant with the institutes and principles of administrative law, participants and flow of first-instance and second-instance proceedings, administrative disputes and administrative control.

The aim of this course is to enable students to apply basic theoretical-methodological, scientific and expert knowledge and methods when solving concrete problems in the field of business economics: finance and banking, accounting and audit, insurance and marketing management and trade. When preparing this research paper, the students examine the problem, its structure and complexity, and based on the analysis conducted, they draw conclusions on possible solutions and making adequate strategic decisions. By examining the given literature, the students become more conversant with the methods and practices used in solving similar tasks.

The goal of preparation and defense of the final master thesis is to enable students to show independent and creative approach to implementation of scientific-research methods in problem solving, decision making and implementation of those decisions in organizations.

  • The candidate four exams in the first and second semester and seven exams in the third and fourth semester.
  • During the course of studies, the candidates formulate their master’s thesis. Project assignments completed in the third and fourth semester can be integrated into the final master’s thesis.
